How does the 24-hour price work?
Send 3 photos of the space and rough measurements through our form. We get back to you with your price within 24 business hours. The final quote follows the on-site measurement.
Is the on-site measurement free?
Yes, free and without obligation. We measure to the 1/16 inch because tempered glass can't be recut once tempered.
What area do you serve?
Greater Montréal, about 40 km around Montréal: the island, Laval, the North Shore and the South Shore. Our office is in Sainte-Thérèse.
Can you install outside our business hours?
Yes, for stores and offices. We schedule the install in the evening or on the weekend during the on-site measurement.
What glass thickness do you use?
Only 10 mm and 12 mm tempered glass. 12 mm is recommended for large surfaces and frameless doors.
How long between measurement and install?
It depends on the glass and hardware you choose. The install date is written on your quote, before you commit.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Vitrenière holds a licence from the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ).
