Vitrenière

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

How Vitrenière collects, uses, keeps and protects your personal information, under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

1. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

The person in charge of the protection of personal information designated by Vitrenière is Louis Corea (KC Marketing, acting for Vitrenière). To reach him: dpo@kcmarketing.io, or in writing at Vitrenière's address, 98, rue Blanchard, Sainte-Thérèse (Québec) J7E 4R9. For any question about your file you can also write to contact@vitreniere.ca or call (438) 989-8599.

2. Information we collect

When you fill out a form or use our assistant: your name, phone, email, the project's postal code, your project details and, if you send them, your photos and plans.

Automatically: your IP address, your browser, the page you came from and the ad campaign parameters in the address (UTM). We use them to protect our forms from abuse and to know which ad brought you here.

Site statistics: we count page views without cookies and without a personal identifier (page, device type, referring site, day). These numbers are aggregated and cannot identify you.

Only with your consent: advertising measurement cookies (see section 5).

3. Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare your price, schedule the measurement and install, and follow up on your project.

To write to you about that request: confirmation of receipt, follow-up after your price is sent, next steps if you accept, and, once the work is done, an invitation to leave a review. Every follow-up email carries a link to stop receiving them.

If you tick the box for it: to send you our tips and offers. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

We never sell your personal information.

4. Your consent

By sending a form, you agree that we may contact you about that request. Consent to marketing messages is separate, optional and unticked by default. We keep proof of your consent (date, text shown).

To withdraw your consent: reply STOP to a text, click the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to us.

5. Cookies and advertising measurement

Our measurement tools (Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics) only turn on if you click “Accept” in the banner. If you decline, none of them load.

The site remembers your choice and a request identifier in your browser (local storage); these are essential to the site and are not used for advertising.

You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

6. Service providers and transfers outside Québec

To run this site we rely on providers that process information on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting), Supabase (database and photo storage), HighLevel (customer relationship management), Resend (confirmation and follow-up emails, and notices to our team) and, with your consent, Meta and Google (advertising measurement). Some of these providers store data outside Québec, notably in the United States.

Before communicating information outside Québec, we assess the privacy factors and make sure it is adequately protected by contract. Our agency, KC Marketing, manages the site and the request-tracking system on our behalf.

7. Retention

Requests, conversations, photos and plans are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then destroyed or anonymized. If you become a client, documents related to your contract are kept as long as the law requires.

8. Security

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Your photos and plans are stored in a private space, accessible to our team through time-limited links. Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information, and we keep an incident register.

9. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your information in a structured technological format, and withdraw your consent. We answer within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

10. Minors

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 14.

11. Changes

We may change this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
